For your customers

Accounts and payments

• Separate EUR, USD, GBP and SEK accounts, each with balance and full transaction history
• Overview page with the total of all accounts and wallets in EUR or USD, plus recent activity
• Deposits by bank transfer: customers see your bank details and a personal payment reference; you confirm the payment in the admin panel
• Outgoing bank transfers to saved recipients, with purpose of payment and reference
• Transfer fees are calculated on the server, so the customer always sees the real fee
• Supporting documents are requested automatically for transfers above 1,000

Crypto wallets

• Wallets for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and Chainlink (LINK)
• A personal deposit address for each customer; incoming deposits are credited automatically after the required number of confirmations (configurable per network)
• Withdrawals with address validation (Bech32, Base58Check and EVM checksum) and an admin approval step before anything is sent
• Buy and sell against EUR or USD: the customer sees how much they receive and the fee, calculated by the same code that books the trade

Live prices

• Crypto prices from CoinGecko and currency rates from the European Central Bank, refreshed automatically; no API key needed
• Optional CurrencyFreaks feed
• Exchanges pause automatically when prices are out of date, and implausible price jumps are rejected

Identity and security

• Sign-up as a private or corporate customer, with ID card (front and back), selfie and proof of address; company certificate for corporate accounts
• Identity documents are stored privately and are only visible to the customer and your admins
• Email verification, password reset, two-factor authentication (authenticator app) and management of logged-in browser sessions
• Login attempts are rate-limited per account and per IP address

• Debit card application: a guided multi-step form with identity and address documents
• Two-level affiliate program: personal referral link, email invitations, and an overview of direct referrals and their referrals

For you: the admin panel

• Customers: profile, balances in every currency, KYC document review (accept or reject each document), revoke KYC, reset two-factor login, add funds manually
• Approval queues: incoming deposits, outgoing bank transfers (approve or reject with a reason) and crypto withdrawals per asset
• Transactions: lists per crypto asset and balances by customer with totals
• Cards and support: card applications, and a support desk per department
• Pricing: fees per currency (percentage plus fixed amount) and exchange rates
• Deposit accounts: the bank details customers pay into, per currency
• Branding: name, short name, logo, favicon, app icons, accent colour, legal name and support email

Under the hood

• All money is calculated with exact decimal arithmetic (no floating-point rounding errors)
• Wallet layer with drivers:
  • Bitcoin and Litecoin through a Bitcoin Core-compatible node (RPC)
  • Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens through any Ethereum RPC provider (for example Alchemy or Infura), with HD deposit addresses derived from an extended public key
  • Private keys are never stored in the database
• Security headers, CSRF protection, database row locking on balance changes, server-side fee calculation
• One-command installer (php artisan app:install), demo data command for presentations, deployment guide
• Automated test suite with more than 120 tests

Requirements

• PHP 8.3 or newer with the bcmath, gmp, gd and pdo_mysql extensions
• MySQL or MariaDB (tested on MariaDB 10.4)
• Composer, and Node.js to build the front-end assets
• A cron job for the scheduler (rates, deposit scanning, emails)
• An SMTP service for emails
• For live crypto: your own Bitcoin Core and Litecoin Core nodes, and an Ethereum RPC provider
